Welcome to VolleyBug. By accessing our website, purchasing services, or subscribing to our communications, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Company Information

VolleyBug provides volleyball training services including private lessons, clinics, camps, recruiting education, and athlete development programs.

2. Services Provided

VolleyBug offers:

  • Private volleyball lessons
  • Group clinics and camps
  • Recruiting and nutrition education
  • Digital content and training programs

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or canceled at any time.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is required prior to service unless otherwise agreed.
  • Pricing is listed on the website or communicated directly.
  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation Policy

Private lessons must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Clinics require at least 7 days advance notice.

Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in full session charges.

5. Assumption of Risk

Participation in volleyball training involves physical activity and risk of injury.

By participating, you acknowledge:

  • You or your athlete are physically able to participate
  • You assume all risks associated with training activities
  • VolleyBug and its coaches are not liable for injuries

6. Youth Athlete Participation

For athletes under 18:

  • A parent or legal guardian must provide consent
  • The parent/guardian accepts all terms on behalf of the athlete
  • Parents or guardians provide all information for athletes under 13.

7. Intellectual Property

All VolleyBug content, including:

  • Training materials
  • Videos
  • Branding and logos

are the property of VolleyBug and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. SMS Messaging Terms (VolleyBug Alerts Program)

By opting into VolleyBug Alerts, you agree to receive text messages related to volleyball training, private lessons, clinics, recruiting guidance, and program updates.
